8 results about "Acoustic emission" patented technology

Acoustic emission (AE) is the phenomenon of radiation of acoustic (elastic) waves in solids that occurs when a material undergoes irreversible changes in its internal structure, for example as a result of crack formation or plastic deformation due to aging, temperature gradients or external mechanical forces. In particular, AE is occurring during the processes of mechanical loading of materials and structures accompanied by structural changes that generate local sources of elastic waves. This results in small surface displacements of a material produced by elastic or stress waves generated when the accumulated elastic energy in a material or on its surface is released rapidly. The waves generated by sources of AE are of practical interest in structural health monitoring (SHM), quality control, system feedback, process monitoring and other fields. In SHM applications, AE is typically used to detect, locate and characterise damage.

Contact type rolling machine integrated compaction sound wave detection system and method

A contact type rolling machine integrated compaction sound wave detection system comprises a sound emission sensor, an industrial personal computer, a data acquisition instrument, a GPS / BDS receiver and the like, when a filling layer is rolled, a sound wave field time domain signal formed near the rolling layer is received by the sound emission sensor vertically installed on a support directly connected with a vibration wheel, and a sound wave field digital signal is formed through sampling; meanwhile, the GPS / BDS receiver provides a space signal related to a rolling position, filtering and spectral analysis are carried out on the sampled sound wave signal, an effective sound signal harmonic amplitude is obtained, a contact type sound compaction index is established according to the correlation between the amplitude ratio and the compaction degree of the filling material, and a space-time compactness distribution diagram of a rolling area is displayed on an airborne display in combination with GPS space position information. The system has the advantages of being accurate, continuous, real-time, small in discreteness, low in cost and the like and is suitable for continuous compaction quality control of filling materials, and the intelligent continuous compaction function can be easily achieved by controlling operation parameters of the rolling machine through compaction degree feedback.

Multifunctional and intelligent monitoring anchor rod device

PendingCN114000899AMining devicesFoundation testingAcoustic emissionRock bolt
The invention provides a multifunctional and intelligent monitoring anchor rod device. The problem that an existing anchor rod cannot monitor rock mass deformation at different levels is solved. According to the invention, an early warning effect on disasters can be achieved through monitoring of acoustic emission. The temperature of a slope and the pressure or humidity of underground water can be monitored. A plurality of circular truncated cone bodies with large outsides and small insides are arranged on the outer side of the anchoring end at intervals in the axial direction, the inner ends of the circular truncated cone bodies are coaxially connected with tension-bearing bodies, penetrating holes penetrating through the tension-bearing bodies inwards in the axial direction are formed in the axial outer ends of the circular truncated cone bodies, the tension-bearing body at the innermost end is fixed to the anchoring end, each outer tension-bearing body penetrates through the penetrating hole in the adjacent circular truncated cone body and the tension-bearing body on the axial inner side of the outer tension-bearing body to be fixed to the anchoring end, the axial inner part of each circular truncated cone body is sleeved with a sleeve with the lower end slidably arranged on the tension-bearing body in a sleeved mode, and the axial outer end of the sleeve is provided with a plurality of open grooves extending towards the axial inner side. The early warning effect on disasters is achieved through monitoring of acoustic emission. The temperature of the slope and the pressure or humidity of underground water are monitored.

Unknown wave velocity acoustic emission source positioning method and system based on improved MSAC

PendingCN113960531AEliminate the effects ofSolve the positioning problemPosition fixationAcoustic emissionArrival time
The invention provides an unknown wave velocity acoustic emission source positioning method and system based on an improved MSAC algorithm. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, non-repeatedly selecting at least five arrival times required by positioning from n arrival time data to form an arrival time subset, and calculating an acoustic emission parameter according to the arrival time subset; calculating estimated values of all arrival time data according to the acoustic emission parameter, and obtaining absolute deviation between the arrival time and the estimated values; when the absolute deviation is smaller than a specified threshold, classifying the corresponding arrival time into a consistent set; calculating the score of the consistent set, and if the score of the consistent set is the highest at present, performing local optimization; repeating the steps until the number of times of operation reaches the specified number of times of operation; and performing repositioning according to all the arrival time data of the arrival time consistent set with the highest score to obtain an optimal positioning result. According to the method, the abnormal arrival time can be identified and eliminated more accurately, the positioning precision is improved, and the calculation efficiency is high.
