The catalyst is simple in preparation steps, the conversion rate of the active component vanadium pentoxide is high, the mechanical strength is high, and the service life is long. Solids are dispersed uniformly through the ball milling technology, the micropore structure of the catalyst is changed, and the bonding force of the waterproof agent sodium methyl silicate and the catalyst is raised. When the catalyst operates in flue gas with a low temperature (260-300 DEG C) and a high water content (the water content is more than 10%), the denitration efficiency still can reach more than 95%, the environment application range of the catalyst is widened, and the service life is 3.5-4.5 years.
