The invention relates to the technical field of metal degreasers, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly high-effective degreaser and a preparation method of same. The degreaser includes a component A and a component B, wherein the component A includes, by weight, 2.0-4.5 g/L of [alpha]-olefin sulfonate, 3.5-6.0 g/L of an aromatic amine oxide cationic surfactant, 1.2-4.6 g/L of lauric acid alkylolamide, 8.0-12.0 g/L of carboxymethylcellulose, 6.0-14.0 g/L of active sludge, 0.5-3.5 g/L of citric acid, 1.0-4.0 g/L of triethylene tetramine, and the balance being water; and the component B includes: 3.0-5.0 g/L of glucose, 0.8-2.4 g/L of lauryl sulfate tryptose, 1.0-3.0 g/L of agar, 2.0-5.0 g/L of inorganic salts, 100 hundred million U/L of bacillus polymyxa and the balance being water. The degreaser has strong permeability, short degreasing time, high degreasing rate and good anti-rust effects and can quickly and effectively remove oil dirt on surfaces of metal.
