Problems solved by technology

However, there are still many problems in the actual operation and operation of the reverse osmosis technology, that is, the reverse osmosis membrane. The more typical ones are the poor permeability selectivity and anti-pollution ability of the membrane. The high cost restricts the further development and application of reverse osmosis (RO) membrane science and technology to a certain extent.
[0003] At present, the reports at home and abroad usually only adopt a single post-modification method to introduce fungicides on the membrane surface to prepare anti-biological fouling reverse osmosis membranes, which have the following two limitations: On the one hand, because the fungicide is compounded with the composite membrane substrate through a post-modification method, it is easy to cause the membrane material to fall off during the long-term operation process, resulting in a decline in long-term effectiveness and bactericidal performance, and even secondary pollution to the feed liquid; On the other hand, if fungicides are simply introduced, the dead bacteria on the surface of the membrane will gradually and irreversibly adhere to the surface of the composite membrane to form a layer of biofilm under long-term action, resulting in a decrease in membrane flux and the inability of the fungicide to effectively contact the feed liquid. Reduced bactericidal effect

Abstract

The invention discloses a biological pollution resistant reverse osmosis composite membrane and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: contacting a porous ultrafiltration support layer with a tannic acid aqueous solution; contacting with a ferric salt aqueous solution; contacting with a silver nitrate solution; contacting with a polyamine aqueous solution; and contacting with a multi-acyl chloride solution, drying in air at room temperature, and soaking in pure water to obtain the biological pollution resistant reverse osmosis composite membrane. Test results show that the anti-biological pollution reverse osmosis composite membrane prepared by the invention has excellent retention rate and antibacterial property, and meanwhile, the retention rate is kept to be 97.4% or above while relatively high water flux is achieved. In addition, the sterilization capability on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli is very high. Meanwhile, the membrane has excellent anti-adhesion performance on bacteria, and microbial contamination on the surface of the membrane can be effectively prevented.
