The invention provides a 3D-printed xanthan glue gel scaffold. The scaffold is prepared by the following steps: S1, dissolving xanthan gum in ultrapure water at normal temperature to prepare a xanthangum aqueous solution, adding methacrylic anhydride, performing full stirring, adjusting the pH value of a system to 8-10, continuing reaction for 3-5 hours, and dialyzing and freeze-drying the solution to obtain xanthan gum methacrylate; and S2, dissolving the xanthan gum methacrylate in sterile PBS solution containing a photoinitiator to prepare sol in a sterile environment, uniformly mixing thesol and cartilage cells, performing extrusion printing by using a 3D biological printer to form the scaffold, and irradiating the scaffold with ultraviolet light for cross-linking so as to obtain the3D-printed xanthan glue gel scaffold. The invention also provides a preparation method of the 3D-printed xanthan glue gel scaffold. According to the 3D-printed xanthan glue gel scaffold provided by the invention, the mechanical property is adjustable, the shape and the microstructure are controllable, the biocompatibility is good, and the scaffold can be compounded with cartilage cells.
