Hydrofluoric acid is a solution of hydrogen fluoride (HF) in water. It is a precursor to almost all fluorine compounds, including pharmaceuticals such as fluoxetine (Prozac), diverse materials such as PTFE (Teflon), and elemental fluorine itself. It is a colourless solution that is highly corrosive, capable of dissolving many materials, especially oxides. Its ability to dissolve glass has been known since the 17th century, even before Carl Wilhelm Scheele prepared it in large quantities in 1771. Because of its high reactivity toward glass and moderate reactivity toward many metals, hydrofluoric acid is usually stored in plastic containers (although PTFE is slightly permeable to it).

The method comprises steps as follows: hydrofluoric acid and water are added to a polytetrafluoroethylene container, K2MnF6 is added and stirred to be dissolved, and then KF is added; after KF is dissolved, K3AlF6 is added and continuously stirred to be completely dissolved, and then the mixture is continuously stirred for 30 min; the mixture is left to stand after stirring is stopped, suction filtration is performed, a filter cake is dried under the vacuum condition at the temperature of 70 DEG C, and the Mn<4+> doped fluoroaluminate red fluorescent powder is obtained. Compared with the prior art, the K3AlF6:Mn<4+> red fluorescent powder is synthesized in a hydrofluoric acid aqueous solution, and the diluted aqueous solution has a function of purifying the K3AlF6 phase; excessive KF.2H2O is added, so that the K3AlF6 phase is crystallized and separated to be purified in the aqueous solution; the obtained fluorescent powder has a narrow emission spectrum range, and the reabsorption phenomenon is effectively avoided; the phase of the synthesized fluorescent powder is pure, and the light emitting efficiency and collection rate are high; the color gamut range of a white light LED device packaged by the fluorescent powder is wide.

Hydrophilic hollow silicon sphere as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a hydrophilic hollow silicon sphere as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The hydrophilic hollow silicon sphere is prepared by modifying the surface of a silicon-oxygen structured double-bond silicon sphere, which is formed by performing catalytic reaction on vinyltriethoxysilane and is used as a core, with glutathione, and etching a sphere center with hydrofluoric acid. Drug encapsulation and in-vitro simulated releasing experimental results show that compared with a hollow silicon sphere of a contrast group, the hollow silicon sphere prepared with the preparation method disclosed by the invention has a significant difference in drug loading and in-vitro releasing of camptothecin, so that the hydrophilic hollow silicon sphere prepared with the preparation method is relatively high in loading capacity and relatively good in controlled release effect. The hydrophilic hollow silicon sphere is simple in design; no reaction conditions such as high temperature and high pressure are needed; the particle size distribution of the silicon sphere is uniform; feasibility is provided for industrial production of the hydrophilic hollow silicon sphere; a new way is provided for researches on drug slow release carriers; the hydrophilic hollow silicon sphere has good social and economical benefits.
