system, a stirrer is arranged inside a blending tank, a material outlet is arranged on the bottom of the blending tank, a
reflux pipeline is provided for communicating the material outlet of the blending tank and the upper portion of the blending tank through a pipeline, a material inlet pump is connected with the material outlet of the blending tank through a pipeline, and is connected with the bottom of an
oil storage pipe column through a stop valve at the
pipe column bottom, 1-4 segments of
pipe columns are connected in series to form the
oil storage pipe column, a pipe column
thermal insulation casing is arranged outside the pipe column body, the pipe column body is provided with a
thermometer, the top of the
upper segment pipe column is provided with an air release valve at the top of the pipe column, an air injection valve at the top of the pipe column and a pressure gauge, each segment of the pipe column is provided with an upper sampling opening segment, a middle sampling opening segment, and a lower sampling opening segment, and the sampling openings of every sampling opening segment are uniformly distributed along the axis direction of the pipe column body. With the
simulation system, storage stability of the oil product during a shipping process can be really simulated.
