According to the invention, the heat conduction pipes are additionally arranged for heat dissipation, the original heat dissipation effect of the motor for the stator core is maintained, at the same time, heat generated by the stator winding is directly brought into the water channel of the housing by the heat conduction pipes through the end portion of the stator winding, and finally cooling media in the cooling channels bring the heat of the motor out. Under the condition that an original motor structure is not substantially changed, the heat dissipation performance of the whole motor is improved, the structure is simple, the cost is quite low, and the stability and the safety of the motor are greatly improved.
