12 results about "Inoculation" patented technology

The terms inoculation, vaccination, and immunization are often used synonymously to refer to artificial induction of immunity against various infectious diseases. However, there are some important historical and current differences. In English medicine, inoculation referred only to the practice of variolation until the very early 1800s. When Edward Jenner introduced smallpox vaccine in 1798, this was initially called cowpox inoculation or vaccine inoculation. Soon, to avoid confusion, smallpox inoculation continued to be referred to as variolation (from Variola = smallpox) and cowpox inoculation was referred to as vaccination (from Jenner's use of variolae vaccinae = smallpox of the cow). Then, in 1891, Louis Pasteur proposed that the terms vaccine and vaccination should be extended to include the new protective procedures being developed. Immunization refers to the use of all vaccines but also extends to the use of antitoxin, which contains preformed antibody such as to diphtheria or tetanus exotoxins. Inoculation is now more or less synonymous in nontechnical usage with injection and the like, and questions along the lines of "Have you had your flu injection/vaccination/inoculation/immunization?" should not cause confusion. The focus is on what is being given and why, not the literal meaning of the technique used.

The invention discloses a culture method and a culture container for an in-vitro sterile host plant-mycorrhizal edible fungus intergrowth seedling. The culture method comprises the steps of (1) preparing an in-vitro sterile host plant; (2) sterilely and accurately inoculating; and (3) culturing the host plant-mycorrhizal edible fungus intergrowth seedling. The culture container comprises a transparent container, a container cover and a triangular fixing frame. A filtration ventilating window is arranged on the container cover; the triangular fixing frame is arranged on the bottom part of the container; a circular ring with a notch is arranged on the upper part of the triangular fixing frame; and a plurality of outwards hooks for fixing an elastic rubber ring are arranged on the upper part of the circular ring. According to the culture method and the culture container for the in-vitro sterile host plant-mycorrhizal edible fungus intergrowth seedling provided by the invention, a host plant system can be cultured under the controlled environment conditions of temperature, humidity and illumination, so that the intergrowth seedling can be bred quickly and largely; and compared with the prior art, the breeding speed is improved by 3 to 12 times, the inoculation success rate is improved by 1.6 to 2.5 times, and the production rate of the inoculated host plant-mycorrhizal edible fungus intergrowth seedling is improved by 30 percent to 50 percent.

One-time seedling growing method for polygonatum sibiricum

ActiveCN106134996AEasy to obtainAvoid smallHorticulture methodsPlant tissue cultureEconomic benefitsCataphyll
The invention relates to a one-time seedling growing method for polygonatum sibiricum. The method includes the first step of culture medium preparation, the second step of explant selection and sterilization, the third step of explant inoculation, the fourth step of culture, and the fifth step of transplanting and hardening. The one-time seedling growing method for polygonatum sibiricum is convenient and fast to implement. Compared with a traditional method that underground rhizomes are selected for tissue culture, tender leaves of polygonatum sibiricum are selected as explants for tissue culture, materials are easy to obtain, and the economic benefit brought by rhizomes of polygonatum sibiricum is not influenced; besides, as the number of leaves of polygonatum sibiricum is large and the propagation coefficient is higher, the production method is convenient and fast to implement, and tissue culture seedlings of polygonatum sibiricum can be cultured within a short time. In addition, the method is easy and convenient to implement, only one step is needed from explants to seedlings, manual work is greatly reduced, and contamination is reduced to the maximum; moreover, by selecting a fine female parent for germplasm purification and rejuvenation of polygonatum sibiricum and maintenance of superior characters, the method has high application value on propagation of fine seedlings of polygonatum sibiricum.

Cut-log cultivation method of tremella mesentarica

InactiveCN107821000AIncrease productionGrow fastCultivating equipmentsMushroom cultivationAgaricDisease
The invention belongs to the technical field of edible fungus cultivation, and particularly relates to a cut-log cultivation method of tremella mesentarica. The planting modes of tremella mesentaricaare divided into bag cultivation and cut-log cultivation. For any cultivation technique, pesticides are generally sprayed in the planting process to prevent pests and diseases, and therefore pesticideresidues are caused. According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the steps of establishment of a culture field, wherein a place which has an elevation of 1500 m or below, faces the sun and is good in ventilation and close to a water source is selected for establishing a greenhouse; 2, culture tree treatment, wherein tree species such as fagaceae and betulaceae are selected; 3, inoculation, wherein punching is conducted on cut logs, holes in vertical rows are staggered to form triangular shapes or quincunx shapes, and strains are put into the holes; 4, spawn runing; 5, field arrangement; 6 management; 7, harvest. The method is suitable for planting tremella mesentarica.
