8 results about "Nitrobenzene" patented technology

Nitrobenzene is an organic compound with the chemical formula C₆H₅NO₂. It is a water-insoluble pale yellow oil with an almond-like odor. It freezes to give greenish-yellow crystals. It is produced on a large scale from benzene as a precursor to aniline. In the laboratory, it is occasionally used as a solvent, especially for electrophilic reagents.

Fluidized-bed reaction device and fluidization reaction method for hydrogenation of nitrobenzene

ActiveCN111298727AImprove fluidization qualityReduce the presence of air bubblesOrganic compound preparationAmino compound preparationPtru catalystGas phase
The invention relates to a fluidized-bed reaction device and a fluidization reaction method for hydrogenation of nitrobenzene. The invention mainly aims to solve the problems of low gas-solid contactefficiency, large bubble size, low fluidization quality and the like in a fluidized bed. According to a technical scheme in the invention, at least one group of composite components are arranged in afluidized-bed reactor, so when gas and catalyst particles pass through the components, bubbles and particle clusters are broken, fluidization quality is effectively improved, and the above technical problems are well solved; and the device and the method can be applied to industrial production of gas-phase catalytic hydrogenation of nitrobenzene.

The invention relates to the technical field of chemical engineering, in particular to a production method of ortho-aminophenol. The method comprises the following steps: mixing and dissolving 60% ethanol and o-nitrophenol through a pipeline mixer; feeding the dissolved material into a hydrogenation device, adding a catalyst, heating, pressurizing and hydrogenating; the hydrogenation liquid which is qualified after a period of reaction enters a catalyst continuous settler, the supernatant liquid from the settler enters a ceramic membrane filtration system after being subjected to pressure reduction, and the supernatant liquid without the catalyst is sent to a continuous crystallizer; cooling and crystallizing the material through heat exchange of cooling water and chilled water; after the crystallization is finished, putting a crystallization solution into a centrifugal machine for solid-liquid separation; and drying the centrifuged wet product in a double-cone vacuum dryer to obtain the product. The method achieves the beneficial effects of solving the problems of pollution and low yield of an iron powder reduction method through the processes of hydrogenation reduction, crystallization, refining, drying and packaging.

Synthesis of Azo Bonded Immunoregulatory Compounds

ActiveUS20080033153A1Organic chemistryCoupling reaction in azo dyesMetaboliteNitrobenzene
Methods are disclosed for preparing compounds of Formula I: where R1, R3, and R4are independently hydrogen or C1 to C4 alkyl, and R2 is: where R5 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and C1 to C4 alkyl, or where R6, R7 and R8 are independently hydrogen or C1 to C4 alkyl; or the esters or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof. The methods can involve converting a suitably functionalized aniline compound to a diazonium salt (which aniline compound can be first formed by reduction of a nitrobenzene) and coupling the diazonium salt with a suitably functionalized benzene compound. The suitably functionalized aniline compound either includes a primary alcohol or aldehyde group, which is then oxidized to a carboxylic acid group, or includes a nitrile or amide group, which is hydrolyzed to a carboxylic acid group. The methods can also involve the direct coupling (via reduction of nitro groups to form an azo linkage) of suitably functionalized nitrobenzenes. The compounds and or their metabolites can be used to treat or prevent various diseases, particularly inflammatory conditions of the GI tract.

Specific molecularly imprinted polymer for identifying chloramphenicol, chemiluminescent kit, detection method and application

ActiveCN109187509AQuick checkSensitive detectionMaterial analysis using wave/particle radiationComponent separationNitrobenzeneCHLORAMPHENICOL TOXICITY
The invention discloses a specific molecularly imprinted polymer capable of identifying chloramphenicol, and a chemiluminescent kit with the specific molecularly imprinted polymer as an identificationcomponent, a detection method and application. Nitrobenzene is used as a pseudo-molecular template in the molecularly imprinted polymer, and the synthesized specific molecularly imprinted polymer canonly identify chloramphenicol. The chemiluminescent kit prepared based on the molecularly imprinted polymer can perform residue detection on chloramphenicol in meat tissues and can be reused, the detection sensitivity is improved, the detection time is shortened, and the detection cost is reduced.
