The invention discloses a preparation method of a mold
release agent for a wood-plastic
composite material, and belongs to the technical field of
polymer materials. The mold
release agent is preparedfrom the following materials in parts by weight: 8 to 10 parts of a
plasticizer, 3 to 5 parts of
phospholipid, 5 to 8 parts of an emulsifier, 8 to 10 parts of a dispersant
aqueous solution, 8 to 10 parts of pretreated dicyclohexyl peroxydicarbonate, and 200 to 300 parts of water; the preparation method comprises the steps of adding the water into a
polymerization kettle, heating, then adding the
plasticizer, the
phospholipid, the emulsifier, the dispersant
aqueous solution, pretreated dicyclohexyl peroxydicarboxylate, stirring and mixing, introducing
nitrogen containing
vinyl chloride, keepingtemperature and pressure and stirring for reaction, then, adding a terminator with the
mass being 0.03 to 0.05 times of that of the
plasticizer, releasing pressure, and cooling and discharging to obtain the
release agent for the wood-plastic
composite material. The release agent for the wood-plastic
composite material prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention has the characteristic of excellent mold release effect, and has broad prospects in the development of the
polymer material technology industry.
