The first substrate has a first conductive layer and first electrodes extending from two opposite sides of the first conductive layer. The second substrate has a second conductive layer confronting the first surface with a space, and second electrodes extending from two opposite sides of the second conductive layer. The anisotropic conductive adhesive layer connects a terminal portion of the wiring patterns to at least one of the first electrodes and the second electrodes. The wiring substrate has a slit or an aperture between the wiring patterns at one end thereof. The touch panel of this structure is easy to produce, and provides reliable operation and electrical connection and separation.

The invention provides a flexible touch panel. The panel includes a first conductive pattern layer, an insulated layer and a second conductive pattern layer. The provided flexible touch panel has the advantages that by arranging two layers of touch electrodes, the two layers of touch electrodes are correspondingly and electrically connected in order to replace an electrical connection design of conductive bridges, and the technical problems, suchas high impedance and an open circuit, which are caused by connection of the conductive bridges are avoided.

Disclosed are a control method and a device for scrolling page frames on a touch screen of a hand-held electronic device. The control method comprises steps of overlapping a liquid crystal display with a touch panel, wherein the area of the touch panel is larger than that of the liquid crystal display, the overlapped region is a first touch region, the non-overlapped region is defined into a second and third touch regions, further, judging whether a scroll is displayed in a picture of the display or not, if the scroll is judged displaying in the picture, then sensing a sliding path in the second touch region, controlling the page frame in the picture to scroll up and down according to the sliding path, executing functions of the selected page frame by pressing the first touch region, if the scroll is found not displaying, then sensing a sliding path in the third touch region, and controlling the page frame in the picture to slide left and right according to the sliding path, thereby executing functions of the selected page frame by further pressing the first touch region.
