control system of an electric car. The
control system of the electric car comprises a
motor controller, a battery controller, a display, a vehicle-mounted charger, a data
bus and an SCM (
Single Chip Microcomputer), wherein the data end of the SCM is electrically connected with the
motor controller, the battery controller, a PS (Power-Assisted Steering)
system, an instrument, the display, a fault diagnose interface, an automatic
clutch controller and a gear controller through the data
bus; an input end of the SCM is connected with a corresponding key which sends a control command through a guide line, and is connected with a sensor which sends an accelerator pedal travel
signal, a gear sensor which sends a transmission position
signal, a
brake sensor of a
brake pedal and a reverse gear sensor of a reverse gear through guide lines. According to the
control system disclosed by the invention, the working status of a motor and a battery can be controlled through the data
bus, and the control method has the advantages that an operation process of a driver during driving can be recorded, a whole car running state
signal of the electric car can be sent in real time, and visualized and
safe driving information can be supplied to the driver.
