The invention provides a low-cost
medicine coating method. The low-cost
medicine coating method comprises following steps: 1, ALD method is adopted for modification of a
medicine to be coated; 2, theALD coated modified medicine is uniformly dispersed in pure water so as to obtain a
slurry; 3, a soluble
metal salt solution, an alkali solution, and a solution pH value
buffering agent are added intothe
slurry through parallel flow, and an obtained mixture is stirred for uniform mixing and complete reaction so that the surface of the ALD coated modified medicine is coated with a deposition layer; 4, the
slurry is subjected to
drying and sieving so as to obtain the coated medicine. According to the low-cost medicine
coating method, ALD method is adopted for coating of the medicine, so that the medicine surface is converted from being hydrophobic to being hydrophilic, and then wet method coating is carried out. The problems in the prior art that uniform coating effect is impossible to realize through single wet coating method in water, and single ALD method medicine coating
processing cost is too high. The uniformity, the compactness, and the
controllability advantages of ALD coating are combined with the low cost
advantage of wet method coating; ALD method coating and wet method coating are adopted for controlling of slow
release time, water blocking and
oxygen blocking effects are achieved, and medicine preservation time is prolonged.
