Method for preparing stainless steel fiber resin matrix composite conductive plastics

The invention discloses a method for preparing stainless steel fiber resin matrix composite conductive plastics. A resin material contains stainless steel fibers accounting for 3-40% of the overall weight, epoxy emulsion and silane coupling agent compound treating fluid are used as interface compatilizers, and a resin material layer is uniformly coated on a stainless steel fiber surface, so that the stainless steel fiber resin matrix composite conductive plastics are prepared. The method includes the steps: performing surface treatment for the stainless steel fibers by the aid of the epoxy emulsion and the silane coupling agent compound treating fluid and drying the stainless steel fibers in a drying oven; pulling out the stainless steel fibers by the aid of a coating die to coat the resin material on the stainless steel fiber surface; and dicing the stainless steel fibers into particles by the aid of a dicing cutter to obtain particles of the stainless steel fiber resin matrix composite conductive plastics. The conductive plastics prepared by the method have excellent mechanical performance and electrical conductivity, and the lowest volume resistivity can be 10-1omega.cm. Coaxial flange method test results indicate that the electromagnetic shielding property of the conductive plastics with the thickness of 2mm ranges from 40dB to 65dB within the frequency range from 30MHz to 1000MHz.

The specific resistance of the polypyrrole/nanometer platinum composite conductive fiber is 103 to 107 omega.cm; and the polypyrrole/nanometer platinum composite conductive fiber has the antistatic function and the electromagnetic screen function.
