The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, dissolving bismuth nitrate pentahydrate in a nitric acid solution, and diluting the obtained solution with deionized water to form a solution A; 2, adding citric acid into the solution A, and adjusting the solution with ammonia water to form a solution B; 3, dissolving aluminum isopropoxide, copper chloride dehydrate and glucose in the solution B to form turbid liquid C; 4, stirring and evaporating the turbid liquid C at a high temperature until a solid is completely separated out to form a solid D; and 5, calcining the solid D in a muffle furnace to obtain the Fenton-like catalytic material. The catalytic material has a very good removal effect on various toxic organic pollutants, especially phenolic pollutants, under a neutral condition, and can realize high-selectivity conversion of H2O2.
